All our hardwood main air ducts are manufactured in our
workshop by our highly experienced team using top quality "keruing"
hardwood, double plywood gussets, glued and machine nailed.
The hardwood frames are secured to the concrete floor using
heavy-duty steel brackets and then cladding using top-quality
hardwood plywood.

Duplex Fan Sets
Hardcastle Ventacrop offer a
wide range of single and duplex fan sets to meet all your
drying requirements. All our fan sets are built up and installed
by our team of experts.
Hardcastle Ventacrop offer a wide range of gas heaters
to meet all your drying requirements. Our British built
direct coupled modulating propane gas heater will increase
the temp by 8°C to reduce R/H from 100% - 65% and all
controlled by our new 7" Touch Screen Integrated Controller.
Our new easy to use 7" Touch Screen combined controller
is to provide humidity control of the fans and a heater
for drying and conditioning, plus temperature and humidity
control for long term storage. Designed to control our British
built direct coupled modulating propane gas burner which
will increase the temp by 8°C to reduce R/H from 100%
- 65%.
